My husband didn't recognize me in the airport when I picked him up on leave. So, as part of the reintegration effort, I am reminding him what I look like... Oh, you mean Josh might not have recognized me because I've lost a lot of weight?

Yeah, it is! It's helping with toning! I did most of this on Weight Watchers, using the treadmill and the eliptical machine as my cardio! It's a really good program because it plans on a "cheat" each week!
I'll publish a before pic after I get to goal!
